I've suddenly started getting the following error while my WM 6.1
smartphone (HTC Touch Pro 2) is cradled via its USB cable.
referring to Support code 85010014

The error only seems to arise when Outlook 2002 is not running. Yet I was
never conscious of this distinction before. As far as I know, Outlook 2002
only runs when I start it to add an occasional task or appointment, which
is all I use it for.

Can anyone help to identify and fix this ActiveSync problem please?

No one with any thoughts on this please?

I'm now also seeing this when I try to open AS:
"Synchronization cannot be started because you are not able to log on to
the network and access information."
